DEANS EVENT IN MY CITY

I attended DEAN's Event in my City of Minneapolis this morning. I learned a lot about Foreclosures and Liens, among other things. Although, I am enrolled in the SUCCESS ACADEMY, I haven't reached the Foreclosure and Lien Courses as of yet, however, once I do I strongly believe that I will be prepared.

I meet with another agent tomorrow morning. I burnt my other agent out. LOL,, I'm learning...At least, he did have this company call me, and the gave me three angents that are investor friendly. RE/MAX, COLDWELL BANKERS BARNETT, and KELLER WILLIAMS.

Now, I have an agent for each ZIP CODE that I want to invest in. All of these Agents, Brokers and orhers use them to market through. How cool is that? Marketers calling me, just to find me investor friendly agents to work with me.

If this works out, I'm gonna have to put this company's information on this website for all to call. If this works better than the way I was taught, this will be a One Stop Shop when looking for an INVESTOR FRIENDLY Agent.
Only thing, the agent want's to bring her Buyer's Specialist with. We'll see what happens.

if so, how cool would that be? So far the Agent from KW want's to bring her Buyer's Specialist in when we meet to fill out contracts and offer submissions. Also, to enter all of my criteria into the computer, so she says. What's up with that?

I don't need a Buyer's Specialist, I just want the Agent. Well, heck, like I had stated before, I just burnt out my other Buyer's Agent. He had them to call me. I had never heard of them before. Steph just told me to say that their company referred me, so I did.
