hi,i am intersted in making a finders fee for preforclosures. i have ordered a lot of programs and with no success.i hope that this program will be different from the ones i have ordered in the past.i have read dean's book and still not to sure about it yet!my credit is very bad and i don't have money saved because my husband and i r living from pay ck to pay ck like most people are.hoping by blogging with people that have been successful with this program i too can be successful.i know nothing about real estate!thanks

i'm new i never done real estate before in my life.I got a called today to call them on monday.They left a message that they are going to help me for a couple of days.I no i'm going to need help,what about the free coaching if you qualifiy.Dose it cost alot,what do you mean by you money back guaranteed.You got your money back even though you were satisfied.can you please explain i sorry i didn't quite under stand.thanks

I know there are other levels of the program and I've heard that the guarantee may have changed a LITTLE since then, but all I know is that I have profited at least $70,000 since joining, so even if I gotten ANYTHING back, it obviously was WELL worth it!
When I signed up for the coaching program (Success Academy) last spring, the deal was that you paid in full up-front, and if you followed the program and successfully closed 5 deals within 1 year in which you profited at least $1,000 each, they would give you back everything you paid for the program in exchange for your success story. It was a GREAT incentive to give it my all and do well!
Like I said, I almost felt guilty taking it, but it was awesome to know that anything Dean or the program state, you can totally trust. I hope in the future to pass along the knowledge and wealth that I have gained through Dean's programs. I have quit both of my part-time jobs now and am strictly doing Real Estate investing, expanding more & more. It also frees up my time to do more volunteering at my children's school and other non-profits I believe in. I would encourage ANYONE to purchase Dean's programs or join the Success Academy, anyone who is willing to take the initiative that is, and to decide not to let anyone or anything stop them from succeeding! It takes a little faith and a lot of ACTION!

Yes, you will find that using Dean's program and sticking around this site with people having like-minded goals will do WONDERS for your confidence and, ultimately, your success!
Just read through the forums about credit, finders fees, etc. and start to implement Dean's strategies. You will not be disappointed! And feel free to jump in with any questions or advice as you go along.

As always, just wanted to say thanks for the encouragement in the coaching program. I was skeptical because I had just sign up for another program that offered support 24/7. Needless to say they didn't make good on their promise. But reading through comments here and searching the internet for comments. I found only positive input on Dean's program. I am looking forward to getting support through the success acadamy. Until I am able, I will continue to read over the things I am not sure of until I am clear. And of course seeking advise from this site and the many informative forums. Continued success as always!

I needed the boost. You have done very well and I believe you had some experience in REI prior to DG. I also did, but that was in a different economy.
It is very easy for me to make the calls, ask the questions, make the offers, write the contracts, etc. Where I need help (coaching) is on the no money down deals. I understand the concept but have never worked through one.
I purchased the home edition of Gain the Edge Event 2009. It has given me so many ideas to try that I am not sure if I should jump into the academy now or wait until I have used the knowledge gained from the kit.
