Real Estate Agent looking to work with real estate investors!

My first step towards financial freedom. I became a licensed realtor in the state of WI back in Nov. 2013. My one thing or I should say the real reason I am going to make this work is because I need to take care of my mom and sister back in west africa. I felt like I let my dad down by not being able to take care of him before he passed away last august. And the fact that I couldn't even help pay for his funeral just about kills me every day. I told myself that I would never let this happen again and that I am going to make this real estate investing work. I have to make it work. For my dad!

good afternoon Joy,
I hope you are having a wonderful Monday. I live in the capital city of Madison, WI. I haven't done any deals as of yet, but I am very interested in working with you. I became a realtor it was easier for me to get access to thousands of MLS listings. My plans for real estate investing are to start off doing wholesaling then work my way to rental properties, probates, and lease options.I started reading Deans Book, 30 days to cash, and I figured that I could work with someone with the 25:1 strategy. What are your future plans with real estate investing? Have you done any deals yet? I figured if we are both beginners we could learn and grow together.
