Hello I live in California and im a little bit skeptical about the double contracts.. when i was reading the dean blue print it caught me off guard. He said that their is need a $2500 for the contract and it need to be signed in one day (24 hours).since you say i can do this with no money at all, do i ask my cash buyer for 2500 for the double contracts? need help a bit confused how to do a double contract fast... i do wish i can just do assignment deals.

You can do assignments in CA.
Double closings are only needed with bank owned properties or if you do not want your end buyer to know how much your profit will be on the B-C part of the deal.
