ALL OF THEM ONLY HAVE ONLY ONE RENTAL PROPERTY.I SEEN ON HERE THAT YOU WANT THE PEOPLE THAT ATLEAST 3 OR MORE PROPERTIES.QUESTION..SHOULD I STILL SEND OUT LETTERS TO THESE PEOPLE?OR FIND SOME OTHER WAYS TO FIND CASH BUYERS?

... Congrats! I had a list of 60 people but none of them called me back... this is my suggestion..
make sure you have their email address..
if you havent contact the cash buyers for over a month just send them an email or call them to get their email..
tell them that youre about to send them information about a propertie that you have.. as soon as you get this emails, you are going to work hard and make an offer for the best property and send them all an email with information of this property... read deans 30 days to cash... feel free to send me an email to cash4homes.llanos@**** and i will be more than glad to give you some good info that I have learn...
