I was just wondering.if your credit is not the best.but you can still get a homeloan.can you still get a no season refi?or get your credit up to 720?I'm in vancouver,wa.I have a job been there for over 4 yrs.but these houses are too high.I want to invest in houston,tx.a lot cheaper,more bang for the buck.and 98% of my family is there.so I have the birddogs.please give anyone give me some advice.thank you,karl

IM having trouble with not getting real investors when I put out bandit signs.i clealy put on the heading att.cash buyers.but when I ask them what there looking for .there just want cheapest deal.and that's it.i think it would a waste of time.because cheap deals out here in Vancouver,wa-portland or.good luck finding.how can I attract real investors?
