TOTALLY NEW, NO MONEY, NO CAR, WHAT TO DO FIRST??

im listening to the videos and reading,
i guess im ready to start calling RE agents,

i have a lot of heart and a fair ammount of sore spots and fears coming to the surface

any good assistance is greatly appriciated

Hi Jonah,

I'm new myself don't know alot but I can't look at your blog without giving you something. So I will say build your buyers list and learn how to calculate the max offer. I don't know to say if it's ok or not to call agents but outside the DG family I have'nt told anyone I'm new. I sit back and listen. Maybe some vets will respond with more info.

I would say a first good thing to do is fill out your bio on here, so others can get to know you and network with you. People like to know who they are talking to.

Next, click on forums and go through the posts. Come here daily as much as you can in the beginning to learn and network with others. Read the books and the Edge events are the tops. Best wishes
