I have a dilma seeking feed back

I live in Phoenix AZ, I Have been living here for about 2 months. I ready don't know the phoenix area that well, cause I'm originally from Milwaukee WI. Right know I don't have a job, I don't have any money if you own to invest in real estate. And I don't know this area that well. (MY Thought!!!!!!!!! ARE) I'm originally form Milwaukee Wisconsin, I know that market better than I know the Phoenix AZ market. I was planing on investing Back where I'm from, Because I know the market better but I'm physically living in AZ. What would this be the best route to take? How would I go about handling this situation.

You only been there for 2 months don't beat yourself up get to a reia fast and start networking. Do the same stuff you did here and you will find friends in real estate in no time.

As a beginner

You will want to invest in your own backyard. Yes, go to REI meetings and network. It will take time, and I know that desire that you know your other market better. It was the same when I started. However, as a beginner you really should work where your at and then branch out. Realize that the market is changing too, so the market in WI may be shifting as well.

Finding a agent is a Key thing to do

Thank you for the input and advice I believe that I should work here in Arizona do to I can be more hands on at the beginning> so now I know that the first step are to find a good agent and also interview that agent. So my thing is how and what type of questions am I asking that agent about, and is there a script around that I can use in order to be come more familiar with the interview process
