Back in the Saddle Again

Hi my name is Janet,
I have been trying my hand at real estate investing for years and have failed because I quit,just gave up !
Let me start from the beginning so you can kinda understand my story.
I started trying to invest in RE in 1999 reason being my grandfather past away and left my family who lived in the house ,the house .Well my uncle and father and my aunts too fought the will and won. We had to vacant and did with a fight of course because how could family do a thing like that,well this one did. After we found an apartment on the same block I decide to see if I could get us another house for my family of 4 who were use to living in a house with a back yard ,etc. I had a job then as a phlebotimist and could afford then the Carlton sheets course that how I found two investor partners one who didn't work out (I had started a REI club with this first person)The 2nd investor was a thief,We had a Hotel in Manhattan NYC we got the deal from one of his other partners,well I went to work, I put out Ads,etc and located a big time buyer,boy I was on cloud nine. I should of waited to celebrate because my so called partner who said trust me I won't do anything to hurt you we're partner went right around me he and this other guy and closed that deal. We stem to get 80 mil and the here comes the rug fight from under me,now no one is returning my calls or emails ,mind you my husband was their and happy about we were closing the deal spoke with my partner and everything. He was so mad,chewed me out and I could not live that one down. hat was my first huge mistake, I had signed no Nd's nothing so legally I got the shaft big time. I was very upset and I had lost something after that, I then made sure anyone I worked with signed an agreement jack ! I was then told I needed a mentor and so I put out ads for that and got a few responses,everyone of these guys care more about how much money I had,hey I trying to be a wholesaler No Money Down so that means I had no money,DA !I even borrowed money for RE courses on sale and asked the writer of the courses to help me please,well they said I didn't buy the course at full price that the mentor ship was for them who did,WHAT! If you have any questions contact us,well I did that and I got half answers etc so I gave up ,quit ! Now I'm back because I still have no money and I know there is a better way. I received a message from God which said,Have no fear I can not fail go on out there,so here I am . Namaste
