I was going to say that the first offer being rejected sounds about right. Afterall 25 offers to one deal means we will probably only have a few accepted offers, and one will be the deal.
I don't understand your 15% below is pretty high, depending on what you are going to do??? The buyer wanted the property?? Was this your buyer you found? Not understanding.
