He was awesome had some coffee with him & of course he was very nice and helpfull and it reminded me of doing more, going faster and doing more, I had a pretty good day but could do wayyy more, had a ton of ups and downs, prop's that i had under contract & for whatever reason I lost them, weak buyers list, they werent deals, offerd too much blah blah blah, anyways not giving up like edison I havnt offered a 1000 times yet until then maybe but i will never give up, working on my 2nd deal & it is close I have one under contract and working on wholesaling it to someone soon should close 9/27. anyways if yiou are thinking of giving up dont-just keep trying because your deal is around the corner.
Keep CRANKIN Tony. !!!
Yes for sure Joe Jurek is an awesome guy !!! He is a wealth of knowledge!! And always sharing his experience!! Sounds like you had a info packed meeting. Congrats bro and keep the momentum rolling Tony !!!!
It's fantastic to hear you WILL NOT give up but keep persisting !!!
Joe is always so jovial on video
how sweet to meet him in person. Thank you for the motivation!
i thought nobody was reading!
really motivating to know that you are, so thanks and it was encouraging to talk to him he is so nice to take time out of his busy day he had been teaching a boots on the ground class all day & it was hot & I could tell he was pooped so "thank you Joe, I will pay it forward I promise" OK so today I didn't do anything except work on a counter I have or an accepted offer for a short sale in kc kansas & talked to my realtor about it, it is from a 25:1(it really works ha! I am actually one of those writing on here that it actually works OMG & I always read everyone else saying that, so nice)
Am I actually becoming a real, real estate investor LOL, yes of course right & i checked email but was sooo drained still from my last labor day weekend from hosting a friend here & too much revelry that not much got done today i am sorry to say oh well, research & development note to self don't have too much fun on the weekends, it wipes me out. I can see things gaining momentum though & i can totally see how everyone says you have to stay the course and be consistent cuz it's true if you are consitent yoiu have to get results point blank, its a law of nature, if you do enough times you are bound to get right eventually so dont give up if you are reading this.
And it's ironic that i am saying this since i have "given up" for a time & then I start again a few days later so i see now that if i had been consistent i would have had probably 100 deals by now since i started 2yrs ago. I can see like i said how the momentum is building i have had less days of being idle lately since the edge which i attended in lat april & wow i have come close to closing a few deals just had a bad buyers list in KC which we have rebuilt & some of them were in the wrong area but now we are firing away & we actually have something now in escrow that we are hoping to wholesale to Dean can you believe it! I hope it happens it's set to close on 9/27 & it is a duplex that we got for 42k & cashflows $1,040 a month so pray for us. Long blog i know but hey we should all read more right & especially REInvesting LOL! Happy Saturday night everyone & thanks all of you for encouraging me & I really love this site, I love IE too but there isn't the blogging there like there is here, or the posts like we have here for everyone to see eachothers progress or posts if am explaining myself right dont get me wrong I love love IE(havnt been on there because I had to tighten the belt until i got my next deal:) & i think IE is sooo educational but on dg.com it is more interactive i feel, dont you think?
