I Am Ready To Close Some Deals

Hi my Name is Latoya Parker!

I attended a Success In Real Estate workshop back in August & I will admit in the beginning I was all in, but of course life got in the way.

I truly believed I can make money as a Whole Seller in 30 days but when bills where piling up after a lay off I had to get paid in weeks i didn't have the time to proceed as a new real estate investor.

Well today is a new day & I have reconnected with a few Realtors who are now searching their MLS for the last cash buyers in 90 days. They are also excited about finding properties as they state almost every area where i Live at now is hot & ready to close some deal.

Once I get that list I want to get immediately on contacting those buyers & see if they would be able to use my services.

With a strong back ground in sales & Marketing I don't see this being hard at all. I still have access to the 800 # & know that this first part will be the most hardest to do. I need help getting the properties assigned to me. Once I do this once I know I won't need help doing it again I learn very fast & I have a free 30 days on hands to dive head first.

I have 2 agents fetching that info & I will work on getting the information of the buyers tonight so by tomorrow I can reach out to them to complete a buyers profile interview. I plan on getting 3 more agents tomorrow to do the same thing.

Please feed me all the information you can because I want to have been closed 2 deals in the next 6 weeks that's my goal. Please direct me anywhere that can help me get that done as fast as possible while I have this time on my hands.
