Website Help and Feedback ONLY (no real estate talk)

Sorry if this is not the right place to post this but here goes.

I signed up a couple of days ago and almost immediately was sent a message asking me to become a 'real estate note finder'. I'd just like to know that this is legitimate before I look into it. The message seems to me to be violating the 'website rules' but I am brand new here and I don't yet have a real clue what I am doing. I don't want to get anybody in hot water unduly but at the same time I don't want to waste time either.

Ready to get started assigning contracts in the Raliegh, NC area. Wondering is there anyone in this area that could tell me what legal forms to use or should I hire a Real estate attorney. Thanks for your response.

What do you think would happen to my exemption if I were to rent out my primary residence and maybe Lease Option a place for myself or utilize another no money down technique maybe with seller financing?

My fiancee and I just took the first step and ordered "Profit from Real Estate Right Now". As we anxiously await its arrival we are looking to get started. AQlthough, we have had an interest for years. If anyone has any ideas we are very open.

After reading the rules, I’m a bit scarred to ask a question. There are so many topics, and threads, that you could spend hours reading though all of them, especially with a slow connection. The last thing I want to do is unwittingly post in the wrong place, or replicate a question. If you are not getting a response because you are the last question in a 98-page list, can you post again in a different place? If not, can you delete your first post then repost?
Are you allowed to put links in your postings? I have seen this a lot on this site.

I just got some bandit signs that I plan to put up in the neighborhood and i was just wondering if any body had any unique ideas for creating DIFFERENT bandit signs as far as what to write on them and what shapes to make them?

Like for instance I cut a few of the bandit signs into a shape of a house and plan to write on them.

Just wondering because I see the same typical bandit sign (square shaped with WE BUY HOUSES on them) everywhere in my area, and would like to make mines creative enough for some one to choose mines over theirs.

I have been looking around and going though the forum. I am seeing that there is no real easy set structure on a state by state setup.

In doing so, everyone could find who is buying and selling in each state. making it much easier for making networks, or "dovetailing". It would for me, so I think it would be for everyone else.

Whats with all the posts with links to weird websites? Every night I see random "new" members post topics with very long articles and links to weird websites.

Why am I posting this?

I noticed today that my PM button has disappeared. Can anyone assist me with that or explain why?

I've posted a question but can't find my post to review answers from others. How do I see my post and other's answer to my post?
