Does anyone know what is going on with TotalView site?
Hasn't worked for a couple of days now.

in Submission #9, Text to Transactions, there are many unrecognizable characters plus the post refers to an excel template.

First of all is there anyway to clean up the characters so that the submission is readable. Second of all where can I get my hands on the template.

Would be great if I could just get in touch with the submitter of this "secret" If that is possible?

They are having several events in my area and last year I came a helped them by telling my story to the group. I would like to know who the speakers are this year so that I can contact them and help again. They will be in santa maria and santa barbara next month and I wanted to contact him to make sure it was ok to come.

Well I have to say that this is my first time blogging. " Ever" It is also my first time in a lot of things. I'm brand new to REI and I'm excited. I've been reading Deans books and trying to get as much knowledge as I can before making the plunge. I am currently getting my real estate investing team together. I secured a lawyer and a real estate agent so far and the rest of the team hopefully by next week. I am also getting bandit signs made and working on flyer to start working on my buyers list. I will say this I am a little nervous and anxious. I know I can make this happen. I know if I have a question the DG family will help me figure it out and I thank you for this.

I have a motivated seller that is willing to sell me his property far below FMV and take the majority of his profits because he does not want to pay 60%+ in capital gains tax. I have yet to talk to my CPA on this matter but was hoping some of the more experienced students would have some knowledge on this subject. Are we responsible for property gains tax if we do assignments? Any info would help.

I have found a multi unit property that is listed at around 160k below market value in its current condition. It needs some repairs but has a great deal of equity in its current condition. Should I try and lock it up under contract and sell it to an investor in its current condition? Or should I take a different approach and try to do the repairs to increase the value. I would like to make a move on this property tomorrow and could use whatever help I can get. I'm just finishing the book and don't fully understand which strategies I should use. Any advise would help a great deal. Thanks

When I type a keyword and click on the search. I get the results. But when I click the results, I get the first page of the forum topic instead of the page where the keyword is. So, I have to click many pages to find where the keyword is. Can the search results of the website be improved to take directly to the page, where the keyword is located instead of first page.
