Just ordered the Rock Bottom Blue print yesterday...

I am on the Homework of Day 1-5 of the 30 Days to Quick Cash program.

- I am registered here now, finishing my why statments and goals this evening, and heading over to totalviewrealestate.com after this post.

- The other part of the homework this week is to find a good real estate agent...so I will be working on that on Thursday - Saturday.

Hi, my name is Ken Siew from NYC, but I happen to be doing business in Delaware for a bit. And thus the post title.

I just got Dean's Rock Bottom Blueprint and got started with the 30-day Quick Cash Formula. I made my first call with one of the local real estate offices today, and talked to a guy with 30+ years of experience. The agent appeared to be a little pessimistic about the market right now, although he did a deal with another investor. Again, I had no clue about what the market is like down here, but I just did what Dean told me to and requested listings and additional info from him. I am confident about this opportunity and I'm not going to let anyone talk me out of it.

I was checking out google maps for investors today and I noticed the local Title and escrow company.

I got to thinking, they deal with the vast majority of real estate deals in central oregon and surely they would know who the knowledgable, investment-minded agents are around here.

I called and the woman I spoke to was more than happy to give me 5 names of agents in central oregon that are very experienced and deal with investors.

I used Matt Larson's e-mail from "Profit From Real Estate Right Now" with a few modifications. Not 5 minutes later I got a call from a local agent that is interested in my strategies.

Just a suggestion for anyone looking for a good real estate agent.

I have heard that it is illegal to do lease options and purchases in Texas. I don't mean in buying for myself, but what is described in the books and videos. Speaking in terms of preforeclosure purchase to lease to another individual. Does this make sense or am I just confusing myself....lol. Any help is appreciated.

Anyone doing this in KY? Would love to talk with you. I'm in Frankfort, just getting started
