First Deal in 2013, and another is closing on February 6th!

Hi, DG family members!

I just got my "first deal in 2013" closed. It's an assignment of contract in Brooklyn NY and I made $5,000. It may not be big money for many of you. But it is for me!

And I have another deal that is schedule to close on February 6th. It is also for $5,000 upon closing. For the second one, my buyer will pay me another $5000, when he renovates and resells the property (All together 10K). I made a special arrangement like this with my buyer.

In real estate, everything is negotiable. I am learning a lot from Dean!
I know that It's a long way to to the top, if you want to be like Superstars on this website, but I am very happy making a small step toward my goals...

I have been on the dg site since March 2012 But have not really posted much, I have just kinda been watching, Listening and LEARNING From the "AWESOME DG FAMILY",And Proud To Be A Part of it,I have been in the Success Academy since April 2012, Still in and Learning as much as I can Everyday.

DEAL CLOSED $3500 PROFIT USING NO MONEY!!

The deal we had under contract closed today! We made $3500 profit using no money. Used Yellow marketing as I like to call it to attract this deal.

This is the first deal my friend/new biz partner closed with me after I showed him how. It was a wholesale deal and the biggest and easiest check he's ever made.

Contract Price -$10,000
Wholesale Price - $13,500
Profit using no money- $3,500
Split 50/50- $1,750 each

Its more exciting for me to write him a check for $1750 and seeing the look of excitement on his face!!

Help!!! I have a BUYER but I'm Just Getting STARTED!

I have been reading Dean's books and have been on and off the website since I got my first book from Dean in 2008!! So much have happened since then. A LOT has happened since then... I picked Dean's book up again and came back on the site a little over a month ago. Real Estate (Homes) is the ONLY true PASSION I ever had so here I am.

Hi DG Fam

So far the start of 2013 has been crazy. Got 5 REO locked under contract from seller and so far 3 of them are locked under contract from my buyers. I keep hearing from friends and fam that the economy is bad and its gonna be worse this year. I average 1-3 deals a month now and my friends and fam knows all the deals I have done and the ones I'm doing, yet they keep talking about how bad it is and how bad its going to get. I guess what im trying to say is " Don't give up and don't give into the negative " get out there and find good qualified cash buyers and then find properties that they want. It's really that simple if you keep it that simple. Hope to see my DG Fam this year in the Edge.

I have been thinking about this alot, And I think its time to buy my first Multi Unit Property..I Think Im going to start with 100 Unit or less so this will be something I can Handle. After I get to know the ends and outs, I can start to Buy bigger Units...Or I can buy Mutiple Single Family home Just depends on the deal.Just Thought I would throw this out to everyone so, I can get some good feed back or bad let me know if you think 100 unit is to big to start with..I just have alot going on in my mind. It would be nice to hear from the DGers
