I'm trying to build my corporation credit rating but first i need a few things.

*Entity Formation
*Tax ID
*411 Listing
*BUSINESS LICENSE ◄◄◄=======
*Foreign Filling (if needed)
*Business Bank Account
*Business Bank Account Rating

As you know the one i NEED information on is Business License. The Corporation is a Real Estate Investments Corporation i don't know what type of Business License is need.

FHA MAKING SIGNIFICANT CHANGES TO CREDIT POLICY

There is a change effective immediately that will affect up to 65% of FHA borrowers. WOW! The change has to do with Collection accounts. will this stop the feeding frenzy between investors and 1st time home buyers?

Transactional Funding Avail To Close Your Deals

I have been closing on real estate deals with my Wholesale Investors that I'm in contact with on a weekly basis. I'm now a Private Lender for(Transactional Funding)on your deals that you want to close on & that you know you have a great deal but have no money to lock it up right away, that's where I come into the picture. Finding private money

What is the best ways to find private money? Any ideas, I am not sure I have the right idea about finding private money. Is it when you ask relatives, friends, or what?

BofA paperwork mess!

Today, I received a phone call from one of our tenants. This tenant opened up a mail coming from a local Attorney office indicating that they have 30 days to vacate the property in exchange of Cash for Keys!

Investors Needed

So I have been reading Deans book: "30 days to real estate profits" and in doing some of the research on wholesaling seems I have found a really good deal that I have been researching for the last few weeks... It is a 3/2 - 1,600 sq. ft. single family home that is currently bank owned. The asking price is $40,800, and needs $9,500 in "cosmetic" rehab work. I am going to offer no more than $32,000 & the comps are running anywhere from $72,000-$85,000. I will try selling for $68,000-$72,000 ARV... I have created a spreadsheet recording these numbers as well with others. I have talked with 2 local investors, and one of them has some kind of grudge against this particular part of town (which isn't bad at all), and the other is very intimidated by investing in real estate.

Can I get Financing with excellent credit?

Just wondering if I use the transactional funding or try to get a bank loan I am pretty sure it won't happen. Now while I have an excellent credit score, I don't have a job right now? Anyone know if I will have trouble in other areas without having a "J_O_B"
