Hello, just wanted to write the principles from the short-story book, "Who Moved my Cheese?".
If you haven't read this great-inspiring book, then you must! It's short and can be completed in 45mins. Buy it or simply Google the book with the word "PDF" to download for free. I made this post as a reminder for myself and everyone else who has the same mindset. =]
The handwriting on the wall:
1. Having cheese makes you happy!
2. The more important your cheese is to you, the more you want to hold on to it.
3. If you do not change, you can become extinct.
4. WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF YOU WEREN'T AFRAID?
5. Smell the cheese often so you know when it is getting old.
6. Movement in a new direction helps you find new cheese.
7. When you move beyond your fear, you feel free.
We are new to dean's real estate and to his web site. We are scheduled to go to an event of deans this Tuesday. Would like to converse with anyone on a twice a week basis to see if we are doing things in the correct order. Like could we have done anything before his event to get going or is going to the event first and signing up for is three day event better. We are a little scared and unsure but really really want to do this and be successful.

Today I received a phone cal that was generated from my BS--but not the usual kind of call. It was to report a Bandit Sign Robber!!!
The caller also uses BS to advertise his painting company. He saw BS advertising a flea mkt booth using the back sides of his signs and MINE!!! The robber is turning our signs over and upside down and using the back for his ad. He had called him and confronted him and wanted me too also.
I called the guy and told him I had seen his signs and wanted to know where he was located. He told me. Then I said, "Well, you are taking my signs and writing on the backs for your business! It is against the law to steal my signs!"
Hi Everyone,
I am finally studying and ready to get me feet wet. I have a quick question. On the Investor Disclosure Statement and Seller's Acknowledgement, what goes in the blank in the second paragraph that reads: This sale shall be contingent upon the Investor finding a Buyer that shall qualify for financing according to accepted criteria of and its funding sources?
Please someone answer this. I am very excited to finally get started and want to have all my i's dotted and t's crossed. Thanks everybody!

I am the one who actually have made my first move with #69 rehab that belongs to one of our DG family here.
Can you believe it?
I made my very first move after 8 months from the time that I attended one of the free local event.
All these times, I have been reading Dean's book, watching EDGE video, and diving into this website.
And then, finally the Forum about "#69 Rehab" caught my eyes and ordered my both hands to put out the ads in the free classified section.
Finally starting from that moment, I felt like I am in the total control of my life.
So far I have received two phone calls to my Google voice number.
