Any tips for beginners?
Also - do you think that this "yellow" book works well for people in Quebec Canada the french province?

I am not exactly sure what you mean by yellow book but I can say that the things Dean teaches work in Canada too.

Never fear the concepts you will learn from Dean are the fundamentals of real estate and "YES" they will work anywhere. I am a Trainer for Dean and I have students all over Canada that are being successful in this business. Sure there will be some minor adjustments that have to do with your laws but nothing major will change and you should be able to make money at real estate investing.
