When I do inspections on home furnaces I always look at the flame to help me diagnose if the heat exchanger is good or bad.
If the flame looks good when the burner comes on, and then is distorted when the house fan comes on, this usually means a crack or hole in the heat exchanger. The air pressure and draft within the burner compartment should not be affected by the house fan coming on. However, where the heat exchanger is cracked, the flame can be distorted away from, or to war, the crack.

As the burner comes on, watch the flame patterned until the house fan kicks on. Note any change in the plane pattern as a possible cracked heat exchanger and recommend further investigation, which could lead to furnace replacement.

I have always been impressed by people that work hard. No matter their field of labor, those that work hard seem to get ahead in a way that others do not.

I believe that the field of real estate is no different. It seems to me that those who put forth effort usually get blessed with deals. Even those that struggle, usually because they are learning, get it and start making money. When a person gives up they seem to fail.

Never give up. When the chips are down, never give up. When a deal seems to be out of reach, never give up. When you back is against the wall, never give up.

You can do it.

TASK # 2 - ASK EACH REALTOR TO PROVIDE TO YOU 10 -15 LISTINGS OF FIXERS; HOMES THAT NEED WORK

TASK # 3 - REVIEW ALL LISTINGS AND VIEW HOUSES THAT APPEAR TO HAVE POTENTIAL

Wonder if the mods know how to fix the captcha's as I am always asked to put in a captcha, but always have to do so twice, since the first set of letters and numbers I am asked to enter is always cut off? Is it on your end or my end that I am not able to see until the second set of captchas come up???

All of us need to understand that we are in the business of real estate for the rest of our lives or until we retire. As we get that around our minds we will beginn to approach things in a manner taht may help us find more success.

Often times we will become overwhelmed if we have a job and get wrapped up in life and try to do our business.

If this sounds familiar step back and take one step at a time. Find 2 hours a day and do what you can in your business. Find that two hours EACH day. Do not leave your business for weeks and months at a time. A little time each day will pay off. JUST DO IT!

I am currently reading "The Wealthy Code" by George Antone; It is related to real estate. I am also reading "The Bankers Code" by the same author.
