When sending a person yellow letters, business cards and offers to buy their property, what should we use as a return address?
I thought about getting a PO box but most people (including myself) disregard them. I certainly don't want to use my home address and I don't currently have an office to use.
Any ideas?

Get a PO box at a place where they give you a street address.
P.S. - Everything else is immaterial, irrelevant, and unnecessary.
Why wouldn't you want to use your hm address? I use my address, eventually I will have a seperate address for mailing & tax purposes, but I wouldn't get tripped up over that, it is small stuff, main thing is having a return address in case the letter comes back. Much Success.

You can go to a shipping store and get a mailbox, use their address and a "suite #".
EXample:
Randal properties
123 main st suite #301 (their address and your box # as suite #)

No, No, No! Don't use your home address! I have a postal service (like Mike refers to here). I have had people who I really had a rapport with at first turn into locos when I tell them that their property doesn't fit my criteria, etc. I have had to quit communicating with them and then they will leave me phone messages that they were driving around all over looking for my house and can't find me.
Thank goodness I didn't use my address. You just never know!

UPS stores have PO Boxes that use 'apt #' instead of P.O. Box #'s
the cost a bit more than the PO Boxes that you can rent at the post offices, but if you do a year contract, they give you 3 month's free

That's where mine is, the UPS Store near me. It works very well.

I don't feel you need to get caught up on which address you need to you, especially if your starting out. Ive been sending letters to buyers/sellers with my home address for 3 years and it didn't affect my respond rate. I never had anyone just show up to my house. In fact I think the other person that your sending the letter to would feel more comfortable to respond back knowing you gave your home address. If you like you can just go to a local post office and paid for a PO Box and use that.
