Jim,
Great book and great idea. It’s so important to have everything organized. With having everything organized and prioritized it allows you to focus on building your business and get more deals done. It will also assist you with juggling your investment life and private life.
Nice find!
Appreciate the recommendation.
I recently attended a seminar by Franklin Covey about "The 5 Choices to Extraordinary Productivity"; they showed us how to prioritize our activities by classifying everything we do into 4 categories: necessity, extraordinary productivity, distraction, waste.
We need to know what our "big rocks" are, and what the "gravel in our daily life" is. The gravel is all the small stuff that keeps us from focusing on the important things (our rocks), and it relates to every aspect of our lives... work, family, rei, etc.

Here is a FREE property analyzer I've found:

It's a great tool to use to help analyze your deals (and did I mention it's FREE)! But, you really should spend the $97 and get the full premium edition! IT'S AWESOME!!
Sounds interesting I will try and find it.
Hi Everyone and thanks for your comments very much appreciated, many thanks, Jim ( enjoy)
