OfflineHi, I am setting up my Property Management Co. my question is, how do I go about finding the rates of management companies in my area, beside calling around. Is there one place to call to find out the rates. I need to be competative with my rates. I will be manageing single family, and multi unit properties.

You need this information in order to be competitive in your neighborhood, how else can you find out?
You can go to www.rent.com. That is a very good site. It will give you a rent range of specific properties that are listed "for rent". It will give you information about the overall property, if it is an apartment it will tell you about the apartment complex and the amenities that it has available. This site also gives you the exact location of the properties and interacts with mapquest. From the site you can also check the availability of the unit for rent - straight from the site! You can also create an account and place properties for rent. You should definitely check this site out, it is great!
