Want to sell his MH that he owns the land under. I sold one in this park which was half the size of the one for 45k in and hour. Home run number two is coming so get your gloves on baseball fans.... Please use yellow letters and bandit signs because they work..I will post the deal once I lock it in Friday ..NOW GO GET SOME

I advent tried yellow letters yet but I have been successful with bandit signs for the past 2 years. I get at least 1-3 calls every time I put my signs out on weekends. Good luck on locking the deal up, keep us posted.

Magnetic signs on car work, Shirts, bandit signs etc.
MARKETING makes your phone ring.
Wearing a shirt says I BUY HOUSES at post office one day, guy says "you buy houses? I need to sell one"

I can't afford the regular bandit signs but maybe I can do what Jay (Student Wisdom) did and just for now inside business and such use the same size on a bulletin board or where ever.

I have ordered all the bandit sign and my name cards and my postcards today will do what it takes
i am a beginner and want to be part of a really strong network of people i have done a few guru conferances but decided that dean is still the best . i now just have to get together with people that can help and assist. i can do it determind and broke but have the ability and the go to get this done
