Rock Bottom or Success Academy?????????????

I signed up for SA and committed alot of money on my credit card which I could NOT afford. The technical knowledge is nice as backround confidence from SA but there is no question- I would have gone with Rock Bottom. It seems like a consolidated version of SA but gets you up and running faster. I'm mad I sunk so much into SA when it seems like RB is better fit. Now there's no way I can swing it. $2000 vs. $6300 and you're moving in 30 days? No question my pick-Rock Bottom

only choice to make. Hands down the best direction to go with the payment plan, the bonuses, the EDGE 2011, and everything else. You even get the hotline number.

I invested in both. Real estate investing is my focus. Period. I did not want to miss out on anything and so I am investing in my knowledge and getting everything Dean has to offer. It may sound crazy to some of you but one of the successful guys on the live talk today stated the same thing. When he started, he bought everything Dean had available and absorbed it all. I had my first consultation today with my SA coach and I am on fire. I should be getting the Rock Bottom Blueprint soon. I just did not hesitate. One thing Dean talks about is the paralysis of analysis and that his best students are those that just simply take the action and don't think so much about it. That is what held me back in the past. I was so caught up on every detail, I froze and did not move at all. I am now an open sponge, ready to absorb it all. I signed up to go and see Dean in Salt Lake in October and I want to have something accomplished before then so I am going for it! Yes my stomach is turning and yes I am nervous, but I am pushing through the stomach pain and nervousness!!!!!!!! Good luck to everyone and please keep moving forward! Take action

I have to agree, it would be great to be able to have both. I am in the SA and do like the video training and coaching. It allows both my husband and I to train together and see where our strong suites are.

We like a lot of folk don't have much money. But, we put it out there as a life preserver (per say). If we don't change something today, where will be be in 2-4-6 months from now. They money will be gone or we can invest in a life long journey to a new life without worry.
We chose to go for it. My husband stopped working to care for me when I got very ill, after having to take in our 3 grandchildren 5 yrs ago. It was high stress. I was not able to work, issues with the family and now caring for 3 little kids.
We had some big changes, this was a no brainer. We had to jump in and learn to make a difference, maybe even for our grandkids futures as well.
Boy where did all that come from. Emotions run high when I know we made the right move. And yes we too have to avoid the nay sayers.

No mater what you pick just pick one and Take Action right away, that's what it all comes down to.....

All the answers that you need are here on Dean's site. If you're on a budget don't let other people make the decision for you, because only you know what you can afford right now. You do have investors here that you can partner up with like myself and many others to get started making money in real estate, the only thing that needs to come from you is YOU TAKING ACTION!!! Stay positive, focused and persistent on your path to success..... just know that you made the right choice after in whatever option you choose.

My husband and I signed up with Dean about 6 years ago but didn't take action. We got too caught up in detailitis. Plus, we didn't face our fears. So, we did not succeed. We moved on to other programs and again did the same thing. I am a learning bug and my husband is the detail guy. Not a good combination for getting things done. We also bought two of Deans books. When we were on the webinar introducing the RBBP and got all hepped up about it, I said to my husband okay, now comes the pitch for the money! We've already spent so much money on training we can't afford to buy another training program. But my husband, the eternal optimist, said; "but this will show us step by step what to do and say. This is why we gave up before." We had concept but no direction. So, We learn and do something everyday, even if it is just listening to a mentor recording and we take action doing something. The RBBP is a step by step and I recommend going that way first. After you have mastered this, you can always dive into the other programs to take your investing to another level. We haven't done a deal yet but it won't be long before I report that we closed our first deal. Keep going forward, never look back.

I signed up for the SA a year ago and the following week got diagnosed with cancer and type 1 diabetes. Because of my illness I was not able to take action with it. It was, however, a great resource of information while I was laid up for 8 months.

When I heard about RBBP my health was returning and I found it to be superior to the SA. Your support is at your fingertips, whereas the coaches of the SA just give you assignments from week to week for a specific time period and then you are on your own. You can call for advice, but with RBBP you have everything you want or need to take action with confidence. You can refer to the mentor recordings, DVD's, Dean's encouraging videos, and written materials anytime, over and over. How sweet is that?

Just because of my health issues and a bad experience with SA, doesn't mean it is not a great program. Every program Dean has is great, but it's been a year since my enrollment in the SA and I no longer have access to the online education center. I don't believe there's a time limit on the RBBP. For that reason, I recommend RBBP over the SA. Best Wishes!

Iam in the SA right now but rbbp looks great too. I would have bought the rbbp if i was not enrolled in the success academy. I dont need both because that would be overload. The 5 deals and get your money back is an awesome deal not found anywhere else.

They are both informative. But with the SA IT IS more indept knowledge of real estate and investing. As someone mentioned, it all comes down to what you can afford.THE goog thing is you would have coaches to speak to on any given day if an urgent situation comes up and you have to clarify anything.

I had those same questions. Here are some things that helped me. Ask yourself: Am I a hands on person? Do I need accountability and some specific steps? OR, am I a self starter, can take that "blueprint" and run with it? Do I have any real estate knowledge or background?

Answers to those questions might help you with where to go next. Here is what worked for me, I am not sure if it will work for you or not, and I am probably not telling you anything you have not already seen on some of these blogs. But here is what I came up with... hope it helps.

I have no real estate background or prior knowledge or expertise - I felt I needed coaching at the Success Academy. The price tag seemed steep. But, like others, there was the knowledge if I followed each step, and completed my deals I could get the investment back. I really wanted this to work. I have no other vehicle that I have seen which can provide this kind of reward of time and lifestyle freedom. And, you can pick the "level" of training and program and investment you want. As was stated, once you're "in" and get mentoring, you can keep calling back. Rock Bottom Blue Print Mentorship is for 1 year. So, I joined the Success Academy. I do NOT regret it. I have weekly calls, that make me "show up", and as Dean says, legally and ethically "bribes" my own success. I am not a self starter, so for me, it was a good choice. I am a conceptual thinker.. I needed someone else to help me apply the pieces... Success Academy. BUT, more to the story.

Enter.. THE EDGE 2011. I did not buy the Rock Bottom Blueprint as I had already started the Success Academy. But, as was mentioned, the Success Academy lessons are the primer to Real Estate with great coaching... very foundational. But, the EDGE live session talked about every kind of STRATEGY to make the money, including live sessions with students and student trainers that had all the pieces that are working in TODAY's down market... make money on the way in. I wanted quick Cash-ola. Dean said I could just TRY The Edge for 1 month.. for 30 bucks.. AND I could get the 30 Days Quick Cash Formula Book... his newest one, this book is the basis for all of the Rock Bottom Blueprint boiled down in one book. I could keep the book, watch the videos, and mark up the little work book to my heart's content .. all the for trial price of 30 bucks. Then, KEEP the book, even if I didn't want the EDGE. But, Dean said he was sure I would NOT want to let that go after one month. Dang, he's good. AND.... he was RIGHT!!!! LOVED the Edge.. have used the info every day. Matt Larson, great stuff on the buyers list. Everybody has phenomenal informtion of what is working for them, and they tell you how to do it! AND the book is phenomenal! It takes you step by step. If you can't do anything else, at least get the 30 day quick cash formula to start. If you need help, you can call the advisory line. I think you can still call them, even if you're not a member of the Success Acadmemy. About the price. Call them, ask them to explain the levels of involvement to you and how much each one is. They're really nice, and they give you time to think it over. I did NOT feel pressured. Then, if you like what you see, you can go for the Rock Bottom Blue Print, like I did.

Yup, I did that too. I loved the book SO MUCH I wanted the whole program. It's tailor made for success. And, the customer service did something that was SO AWESOME! The Rock Bottom Blue Print includes the EDGE. Since I already bought the EDGE, they deducted the price of the EDGE from my Rock Bottom Blue Print package, and let me buy the rest. Here's what convinced me: It's so turn key. It's got all the forms you need, all the Marketing materials, as well as videos of the entire 30 day program. AND, the calls that happened in that first month are all recorded, so you can STILL listen and hear what everybody else was saying. AND.. you can still do mentorship specifically for the Rock Bottom Blue Print for one year. I ordered it today. It's 5 payments of $181, or something to that effect. I am really pleased. I am very convinced because I'm DOING IT. I have my company name, got my business cards, and put 16 names on my buyer's list. I sent 7 letters out today to qualify them. They GAVE me the script of what to say to these people. No guesswork, no fear. The rest of them I call or e-mail. Again, scripts provided. They tell you exactly what to ask to see if you can put these potential buyers on your list as qualified "leads" buyers. About 6 questions. I can ask 6 questions. I love that they boil it down into do-able steps.

It may seem like a lot, but think of how much you can make in this market. I put it on a credit card. That is good debt to me. Because, it lets me learn skills, get mentorship, and put me on a no fail path where I can make that back and a whole lot more.
