Yes I just wrote about this, dont' tell your buyers that you are a "wholesaler" the only people you are going to tell is us tell the world that you are an investor(who happens to wholesale).

which is true you are, tell them you are an investor, that way they send you their deals that they want to wholesale to you so that maybe you can wholesale them to your other buyers-that is what I did on my 6th deal. Another wholesaler assigned a deal to me & I assigned it to one of my buyers, I made 5k & he made $2,500 bc he had to split the 5k fee with another wholesaler

I say to my buyers & everyone else I am fixing & flippin & buying & holding bc I may actually do that I have some of my buyers who have told me that they would partner with me on deals if I found them & we could flip them together, or buy n hold & rent out a hm together.

Whether you have buyers like that or not you can always find private $, or a hard money lender & fix n flip or buy n hold so tell everyone you are an investor & ask them what they have for sale-so they can send you their deals, ok.

YOu are not lying you may fix n flip or buy n hold, prob not right now but they don't need to know that
