Getting ready to start a bandit sign campeign next week so I have a few questions for you bandit sign marketers. What type of results have you been getting from the pre-printed signs that you can order with your number and message already on it? What type of results come with the home-made handwritten signs? Which do you prefer using and why? And with the handwritten signs do you create your own message, or go with the same old "WE BUY HOUSES" statement. Thanks in advance for the replys.

Printed signs for "I Buy Houses" would certainly mean you have $$$ to buy vs hand printed signs that would imply you cant even afford printed signs, how can you buy a house?

it's been posted here many times, and advised to us by Matt Larson who has tried and tested different versions of bandit signs, that handwritten bandit signs is the way to go...

I use both. I have noticed that recently my pre printied signs ARE working better than my hand written ones. However, my pre printed signs don't say the traditional "We Buy Houses - Any condition - xxx-xxx-xxxx". So I am going to change my handwritten signs to say what my pre printed signs say. "Thinking of selling your house? We pay cash xxx-xxx-xxxx". It may be the wording or it may be the pre printing. I will find out!. One thing I will say is that ALL the bandit signs I see do say the same old We buy house thing. I just thought it might be time to change it up. Once EVERYONE in the entire country is doing it the same way it could be a good idea to be a little different.

I created 25 more bandit signs this morning and said the following:
WE BUY HOUSES
ANY CONDITION
XXX-XXX-XXXX
Everybody has their own way for bandit signs but this is the way that Dean and Matt teach. Also, make sure you have AT LEAST 25 bandit signs out.. 90% of your calls will come from 3 main bandit signs so with more signs out, you will have more opportunity to receive more calls.

What about using a strong "call to action" on my signs? Has anyone tried that? Something like,

LIMITED TIME ONLY
(xxx)-xxx-xxxx
-or-
PAT PURCHASES PROPERTIES

Preprinted signs are used for Buying houses

I have utilized both - I have my wife write the hand-written ones. I think if youre going to use handwritten signs - you better have good handwriting! For me its less time consuming to have them printed. Just pick them up and put them out. But I have several peers in my area who swear by handwritten.
For reasons that will make you money, hand-written bandit signs work the best!!!
