What should I do if a Realtor wants the address and more info? He's the first responder to my ad. Don't know how I should reply to him. Thanks in advance.

Do you have a contract on the house already? If not, most will tell you not to tell anyone where the property is.

I love that a Realtor responded to your Ad. You have just found yourself a go-getter Realtor!
You should wait and see what other responses you get to your ad first and see how far you can go without a Realtor. See where you stand after a couple of days,
Definitely call the Realtor and see how you can work with him going forward.
I am with Jack, if you do not have this property under contract yet, do not give details to anyone.

@Angela, Did some investigating on the agent. Of course he didn't tell me he was a Realtor, but just searched his info and found out he was one. Sent him an email. Not too much info, but hoping he bites. We'll see what happens next.

How were you able to search the info. of the realtor. Did you do a google search?
Yes. I did a google search to see with whom I was talking to. I just recieved 3 more responses to the 10 different ads I have posted in the last 2 days. Have to reply. Will keep everyone informed. Wooooo!!!!!
