I have finally decided to create a daily journal!
I have been following Dean for about half a year now and its time for me to make that True Decision and give this 1000% of my energy!
I have yet to close my first deal. But i am extremely confident that i will! I am in the middle of the process of tricking my mind that i have closed numerous amounts of deals and profited thousands upon thousands of $ and that i have an abundance of deals already in the works ready to be closed. Heck! Im on vacation baby! =D
MY WHY:
1) To live a life full of abundance in all areas of life!
2) So that i may share my infinite amount of riches with my family, my friends, my community, and to the rest of the world!
3) To shine the spotlight on joy!
4) To fulfill my purpose here in the physical realm:
To experience OUTRAGEOUS JOY!!! =D
(Update will be given IF i can go deeper than that.)
My Burning Desire and Idea of Success is to Feel Ease... Bliss... Excitement... Worthwhileness... and Outrageous Joy... when creating wealth and to have A Lot of Time to Enjoy the Wealth!

Yesterday was Transformational! I have given up being a smoker. lol.
For things to change in my life, I HAVE TO CHANGE! - and my willingness to change is definitely high right now!
Still focused on my #1 goal: to keep feeling Good right now! and to keep feeling better!
It may sound crazy, but i really believe everything will manifest on its own as long as i focus on feeling good. Not on real estate and trying to 'make it happen'. =D

Finally became much more crystal clear on my desire. Here is what i am going to repeat to myself at least 12 times a day, but prefer to do every hour:
(Clearly defined desires)
"My real most important desire is to be blissfully happy. I want to feel as a creator that I am adding value to society.
I want to become a man of integrity, honesty, character, love, forgiveness, giving, appreciation and gratefulness.
I want to live this life feeling really good right now in every step and in every moment regardless of what I am looking at and situation. And I want to keep feeling better and better and better!
I really want to fully feel my financial well - being.
I want to feel ease, excitement, fun, bliss and especially outrageous joy in creating wealth. And I want to have a lot of time to enjoy the wealth.
I want the feeling of being able to do whatever I want, whenever I want.
I want to be able to go anywhere and do and acquire anything that pleases me.
And I really badly want to feel all the outrageous joy and bliss in successfully accomplishing my very 1st real estate deal.
And my real most important desire is to feel successful, accomplished, powerful and ultimately wealthy.
(What i intend to give back for my desire.)
I intend to give back and transmit a high intensity & high burning desire for its achievement!!
I am completely OBSESSED! And I will transmit these frequencies for a duration of time as often & long as possible! Time and ‘The How’ are NOT an issue! Because I have 110% Belief that IT IS GOING TO HAPPEN! And have 0% Doubt! And when I think about these desires I FEEL ABSOLUTELY GREAT! AS IF I ALREADY HAVE IT AND AS IF IT ALREADY HAPPENED!

Have you ever heard the phrase: "You become or get what you think about MOST of the time."?!?!?! Well, my desire has a lot to do with this.
REAL ESTATE: Went to and Had a awesome CASH FLOW event hosted by my two partners in real estate. I LOVE LOVE LOVE mentioning this, but they are a part of RICH GRAD EDUCATION and recently came back from ROBERT KIYOSAKI's Birthday party at His House!!! How ineffable is that?!?! I learned a lot. One thing is: Take more Risks. and more importantly, I met some incredible people, buyers, and like-minded people.

My 1st Buyer Im specifically wanting to do my 1st deal with blew up my phone this morning.
Its about the Master Fee Agreement we need signed by his buyer.
He's been in the game for awhile and he is tired of people saying they can get product and end up NOT producing.
What it came down to is, ME RISKING BEING 'BLACK LISTED' IF I DO NOT GET HIM PRODUCT THIS TIME AROUND.
(My last source for him failed. =D )
