I am starting this journal to keep track of my progress and stay on track.
I guess a little background about me is the first thing I should address,I am 52 and at one time I owned a used bookstore in Citrus county Fl.for 20 years that did real well,things started to slow down then a book came in on no money down real estate read it and started to buy more book's and the CS course. I was getting pumped then had a heart attack, after getting over that my mom was getting sick and I lost interest in my store and real estate. Sold the store lost my mom got disgusted sold the house in Fl. moved to Mo. opened another store in a small town end up having a double bypass sold store and house in Mo. moved to Ms.
Late one night saw Dean on TV liked what I was hearing
bought BREM read it, like his style and bought the other books joined this site on 2011-03-19 been on and off the forums reading but fear has been holding me back but I am now pumped again.
Woke up at 4am this morning and said to my self no more, I wrote too local real estate agents here in Picayune Ms. and Brooksville Fl. with an introduction letter and will follow up with a more informative letter of what I am looking for once I have gotten back a positive reply from the intro.
This is getting too long so I shall end for now.

Morning,
It is now 3:25am on 2-8-12 woke up and checked my email and got a response on my ghost ad. sent a reply property was assign to a rehaber and if he would be so kind to send me info on what he is looking for I will get back with him.
Nothing yet from agent's except that one who did not want me as a client,
well going to do some more reading on this site and see what else I can learn.

Afternoon all,
Thanks to lyuyf and WealthyBlessings for posting. Found an agent in Fla. that is sending me listing's, I have asked twice for sold for cash in the last 90days and still have not got anything yet from her, still have not found an agent local but still waiting on reply's to my letters. Put some more ghost ad's
on BP and CL hoping to come up with buyers list but nothing yet, so far have posted 5 ads a piece on both.
Will not get discourage.

Well everyday life has been getting in the way so I have not been able to do the things I should, but between it all I have been able to make 2 new web sites to go with the one I gotten here from Dean (Yeah Dean)and I have gotten a BIG buyers address list for MS. and the area of Fla. I am interested in, now I just have to write the post card's and sen them out.

Thought I would catch up, Had an agent in Fl. was getting ready to make an offer on a house, told her I wanted to add a contingency in the contract. I was told by her that she is not a lawyer and can add nothing to the contract but to just fill in the blank's. I looked at the contract and told here were she could write in the contingency and that was the last time I heard from her.Oh Well.
I now have a BIG buyers list for Fl. and Ms.,need to get off some post cards and let them know what I do. On a personal note my wife found out what I am trying to do and all I will say on that is she is not very supporting I will have to go behind her back and try to do this,. A few day's ago I got a call from someone with DG were I bought the new book and I know I did not answer the phone as I should have, because it was the same day my wife found out about me doing this, said he would call back, I think I scared him off.SO sorry.
Well I am still going to do it...
