Take advantage of everything they have to offer. Follow your coach's direction and do the lessons thoroughly.
I signed up at the end of May (2011) and still doing good. Working on my buyers list.
The great thing about not having any money right now is that they'll teach you how to get deals done without your own money.
Don't be afraid to call the advisory line anytime you need a question answered, they are very helpful!
Once you get used to the structure and format of their teaching method take advantage of their teleconferences, invaluable and timely information.
Hold you head up high knowing that you can do this.
Next year at this time it will be a totally different story

Remember, you get out of it what you put into it.

I personally have LOVED the Success Academy!! They are the biggest asset you could have in your back pocket They will/can be as helpful as you want them to be. You just have TO USE THEM!! Call, call, call on any and everything you ever come up with. They are all super nice, and really helpful! They are worth MORE than their fee, even though it can be a lot for those of us who are just starting and don't have a lot of funds to get things rolling.

Don't worry - IT'S WORTH IT!!

I know you must feel very nervous about making such a large investment; you have to keep in mind that if you do get your 5 deals within 12 months, you will get a refund, so that is a great incentive for you to do your work.
I recommend that you don't rely on the coaches for everything; they will not think for you, nor get the deals for you; they are there to provide answers to any questions you may have regarding any deals you may be thinking about.

Complete your lessons, and read threads on this site which provide excellent information, and above all, go out there and start making some deals-you will learn as you go...
Lastly, join a rei club in your area and network, network, network!
