OfflineI am still shaking with excitement! I just got off the phone with a person from Deans success academy and they have seen my drive and determination on here and they want me to join the academy and film a testimonial video when I complete my first few deals! I feel honored and privelaged to be given this opportunity! As you all know I am right on the EDGE of getting deals done. I have everything in place except the actual deals. I have done EVERYTHING on my own without any major coaching so far. However I am stuck right now, I need an extra push to go from learning and studying to acutally taking action! This is it! I am on a payment plan but I need to come up with the down payment money within the next 2 days. I am working on this now. Asking my family, checking on credit cards, asking anyone I can that knows my progress and drive if they would be willing to invest the money in me and watch me succeed!
This is my final push! The ball is going to start rolling very quickly!!!!

I'm proud of you for moving forward. You will be successful I am sure. Take all the courses the Success Academy gives you, then ask for more - do all the action steps at the end of each course. Call the advisors several times a week, even if you don't have a question. They will keep you going. Make weekly plans. Make offers!

We are happy for you. You are right about the refund we did not get the refund no falt of the academy we just did not do 5 deals in one year. We have made our money back with the knowledge we have received from the academy.
The best investment Lane is investing in yourself now and the rest of your life you can make the money from your knowledge of real estate.
