OfflineI was watching the Edge 2010 on DVD and on the 3rd disk Dean did an exercise on gratitude and I thought I would bring it up in a forum. He asked everyone to list 2 things that happened positive in your life in the 90 days. Then he asked everyone to find something that your greatful for in the next 90 days - something that hasn't happened yet, not a goal. Start with "I greatful for......" and how it made you feel. I tried it and I gotta tell you it works.
Once you start to think this way and put the positive thoughts out there you will be very surprised how fast your life will start to change.
Try it you have nothing to lose.

thanks for the opportunity to practice using it.
I am grateful for the wherewithal to access the Success Academy and its coaches and all its resources. It is the best thing to happen to us and our business in the past 90 days. It makes me feel like I can succeed by virtue of not having to launch this alone.
In the next 90 days, I will practice gratitude for three closings that happened freeing us from our cc debt. The cash flow and paying off the cc debt makes me feel like freedom is soooo close.

I am direct to the VP of a $100 million dollar open-ended debt and equity fund which actively writes checks to fund businesses with an EBITDA of at least $1 million a year. We fund also have access to up to $500,000,000 for the purchase of distressed real estate, specially commercial $7,500,000 and up.
for the 13 (right now) true friends that I feel that I have made on this website. We talk at various times throughout the week and really have a pretty nice time. I have never met them in person but it doesn't change the character of their being. I am looking forward to meeting them over the next few months as the weather warms and I start my traveling again.

The 2 positive things that happened in my life in the last 90 days were:
1. Getting a postcard in the mail to attend a free 3 hr Real Estate seminar from Dean and signing up for the 3 days seminar.
2. Listening to everyone at the 3 day seminar and buying the books, finding this website and becoming part of the DG.com family which truly is awesome.
I'm greatful for all the support from DG.com fam with my first 5 deals.
Life doesn't get much better....Thanks to everyone on this site for all the help and insite to keep us going in the right directions.

I have too many to choose from, but I will say this.
This site along with the EDGE dvds' 2010, has really opened the doors to seeing how real this can be in my life. Being alone made it tougher, and so many people on here have done so much to teach others, and support each other, that you will never know what it has done for me.
And the most recent, in the past month, "accidentally" found out I had cancer and it was spreading fast. And last Friday finding out in the late afternoon, they got it all!!
I have worked with cancer patients and sat with my mom as she died from it. I was terrified waiting on the final results. And even then, several of you sent a word of encouragement!
So could go with more, but that is the strongest right now.
And I give thanks to the Lord for opening up all these doors for me!
What a good way to start the new year!

I can't remember if you told about the website for REI clubs, and I went on it, not only found one closer to me, only 28 miles from here, but already signed up and they invited me and a friend for free the first night.
