Hello Everyone,
I woke up this morning full of joy and extremely grateful. I have a property that is set to close tomorrow and we have everything in place. It is a screaming deal, I got it with owner financing and 1k down, and the place will have amazing cashflow, which is totally awesome.
That isn't the reason why I feel so much joy. The reason why I feel the way that I do is because of all the support that I feel through this site. I read a lot of post and I can feel the struggle that a lot of you are going through. I have gone through them as well. But all of the support from people, and all the ideas that people willingly give is just great. It helped me continue my quest in real estate investing, because I know that this is a great way to gain financial freedom.
I wanted to just truly say thank you to Dean, Matt, and ALL of you for the support that you show. Don't think that it goes unnoticed. There are times when just the caring words that we read can get us through that deal, or anything else that may be going on in our lives. Now I truly believe that I can do whatever deal that I put my mind too. So I just want to say Thanks!
Jeremy K.

Great job on your deal, with many more to come. All the best to you for your success and as always, stay on this great site, but I am sure you know that...Jan
Thanks for the reply, it is refreshing because our culture in a lot of ways, teaches us the opposite. People like ourselves understand that if we help each other, there will be an abundance of great things that come out of it. I look forward to hearing about your continued success.

Is this your first deal? if so I can just imagine the thrill and excitement.
Thanks so much. It is my firt deal in 2010. I have 3 other rentals. I am just so grateful because I really had to pull a lot of things together, and I didn't know how it was gonna happen. But it did.
It is great to see people making progress. This is very encouraging to those of us that are struggling to get that first deal under our belts..Thanks

I think that is what's so special about this site. People can feed off the positive energy that others are giving off. When people do a deal it is like a celebration, no matter if it is a 20k property or a 200k property. I feel like once you do one deal using the techniques that Dean's spells out, then you feel as if everything is "real" and you realize that you can do it. Good luck to you!
I so agree with you! The support and positive energy and people here has brought me through MANY times when I felt very down. Its such a valuable resource to have DG.com to come to! Congratulations on your 1st deal! It is EXCITING isn't it!
It is CERTAIN we will SUCCEED!
It is a very exciting feeling. The best part about it is that now you want to do it better and faster than you did it before. It is a very joyous feeing.

I agree with you. There are so many times I have come to the site and just read the threads because it would lift me up. This is what I would call a true online community.
Jeremy, what I love about your post is your appreciation for the assistance you received. Sometimes we are so caught up in our successes that, we fail to take the time to say thanks. But our family (DG.com) is special. We know how to support, encourage and appreciate what we have here. Congrats Jeremy on your first of 2010, now on to the next. God Bless.

Thank you. I agree with you 100%. When I first started in real estate, I thought I knew it all and I thought I had all the answers. But life has a way of humbling us, and now I am much more appreciative of the journey. Putting the deals together, instead of rushing through to the payday and possibly missing something.
