OfflineI've been watching all of you. I am very impressed. Many of you are progressing well while some of you seem to be struggling. Well I thought I would say a few things. Its time to get tough. Real estate and life isn't easy. It takes guts to fight through your fears. Your fears are the only thing holding you back do not let the fear contain you. Find your fear and meet it head on. Get tough. Battle it out. Soon you will discover the "break out". Many of you don't know about the break out. Let me tell you. The break out happens when you have gotten knocked down, beat up, turned down, mad, almost ready to quit and then you realize why you got started in this business. It wasn't to get rich, it was to get free! Let me tell you once you break out then you break away. Momentum starts and abundance starts showing down on you. It is an amazing process. All the pain, all the let downs, all the work, all the worry gets washed away and profit starts to happen. Do not let fear contain you. Have the attitude that "it doesn't matter!" It doesn't matter what happens because you know why you started this journey and now your are going to finish well. Don't be a quitter! Don't all of a sudden disappear from this site and quit. Just go out there and get it done! For me real estate is a romantic battle. I treat the battle with respect and my only intentions are to finish well!!!

Its really great to here from you. I couldn't have said what you did any better if you had paid me. But I can say you are right from experience. If you had told me so much would have happen in 20 months I would have said you were insane. And on top of that so much has happened since the EDGE. I guess along my journey I really never thought I would have got knock now so many times, And heard so many No's. And yes still today I get knock down, But the difference today i use that as a positive. Can't wait to see you again. Hope all is going well for you my friend.

Hearing those encouraging words from you is appreciated and help so much! I keep on pushing on through every failure and letdown I encounter. Its all starting to come together and I have not doubt I'll be on my way to that freedom. Its only a matter of time!

Be prepared. There is great opportunities opening up. Things are going to get easier very soon if you are an investor that is prepared.
