Frankly, it kind of mystifies me because everyone has access to 30 Days to Real Estate Cash - Dean's fabulous cookbook to getting your first deal done! He gives away tons of free copies all the time. So the actual instruction is out there. Therefor, I have to conclude, it's more a question of getting yourself in the right mindset to jump in. If you are totally satisfied with your life today and what you are able to contribute to those you love, then, well, you don't have to get going. But you wouldn't be reading this if that was the case. I honestly wish I could just push you all in the pool so to speak, and then you would have to find out you already know how to float and swim, or learn real quick to survive! But I can't do that - only you can make the plunge.
Tonight my baby graduated from high school. Yep - last one out of the nest. One of the student speakers had amazing words of wisdom. I've known this kid for years - when did he get so smart? Here's what the graduating eighteen year old dude had to say. "When you get invited to get on a rocket ship, don't ask why or what if. Just get on the rocket ship." That's honestly the best advise I can give you. Do you really want to let the rocket ship take off without you? Do you want to be standing on the ground under the blast and wish and regret? Dean's got the rocket ship and he is inviting you in. Don't ask. Don't make excuses. Don't let fear or laziness get in your way. Get on the damn ship.

I believe.....
For many and this included me as well, the habitual pattern of what we already know and feel comfortable with.... Just happy to stay afloat or having breathing room from bills....
The second was the fear of the unknown which if you stay determined as Dean teaches us, with the right mind set and finally accept that "just getting by" is not a way to live... Or aspire to while the rest of society enjoys life..... You begin to understand that your path is called upon for change for growth for a new and more richer life......
Because being part of this community we learn fear is nothing more then False Evidence Appearing Real......
Mixed with our Why on our 7 levels deep to get to the core of what truly has us seeking better wanting better and ultimately that deserve better we can change that stinking thinking and F.O.C.U.S ( Follow One Course Until Successful)
Often times it is not the naysayers but the challenges that we assume are much greater when in reality it later on becomes part of the every day mundane, because ( I believe it's key to draw strength from what we over came prior and transfer that into investing) it's is the first 3 hurdles that really teaches us and gives us the clarity wether we are laser focused or need to re direct our aim slightly lower

I think that there are many people here who have not read their book yet... this is a book that needs to be read not once, but twice at least!! It's a priceless book, literally! Dean gives it away for free! (look at the link on the top right of this page); but it only works if it's read and action is taken!
