OfflineI may be wrong, but someone just posted almost a page of posts for properties around the U.S under Bret1218. It goes to ebay where she has a site and all the properties seem to sell for S25,000. This doesn't add up to me? Anyone else? Someone could be just posting pics of houses found online and having people pay and make off with your money? Tell me if I am wrong, but it sounds similiar to renting out vacation homes, or selling homes that the person doesn't even own. I saw a scam like this on tv.

Im sure there is a title company of some sort handling the sale. right?
but you have to read the terms very carefully.
I've seen real estate auctions where you are only bidding on the deposit, not the actual purchase price.

Then you have a fish! There are more con games of this type than there are legit. auctions. Most online prop. auctions are either done on a local site, a gov't site, or an individual basis on E-Bay. If you get a batch spam site or e-mail the second you click on something, chances are 10 to 1, you're dealing with either a spam factory, a virus spreader, or a straight up con artist. Unless you left some important info. out, I'd delete the whole link and re-scan your computer for viruses, etc. Hope everything works out...

I don't know why I even clicked on them, shouldn't have. I saw there was a whole page of these on here. I really, really this site would get rid of the spam. Beautiful shoes red on the shelf, or some such nonsense seen on here daily!!

here before too; I actually went into the site and looked at several of his properties, but they all had different prices, and it did look legit; but I would not know for sure since I did not buy anything from him....
the new, better, improved, DG website is suppose to be coming soon, and it promises to block all the spammers- yipeee! can't wait!
