Hi, I downloaded a simple purchase agreement once before but cannot find where I downloaded it from. I'm in SC. Can somebody please tell me where to find it. It's not the one here under Forms and Documents.

Let me know if those aren't what you wanted. I have a generic contract, and I mean generic. But I used it and it worked fine. lol
Also, you should be able to get one from OfficeMax or even a Realtor in your town.
