I just got done reading Profit From RE Right now. I read the entire book but have a few questions. I don't know if I'm confused or just don't understand when to do this.
When doing an IEE deal
Do you take the Purchase Agreement to the title company with the Investor Disclosure Agreement and the Discharge of Agreement to Purchase Statement?
If not, when do you do this?
Day of Closing?
Do you take the Purchase Agreement to the title company as soon as you and the seller sign it or wait until you get a buyer?

Dean created the IEE program prior to sub-prime lending going away as a result of the real estate meltdown in the US. It was designed for a person to find a sub-prime lender for those struggling get approved for regular financing. This is not a technique we use currently.
Instead, you'll want to use Assignment of Contract or Double Close. Both of these techniques work wonderfully well right now. There is a ton of info on both of these subjects in this site. Take the time to search around and you will find everything you need.
