I am 26 years old and a father of one beautiful daughter. I am new to the REI scene and have been doing a lot of studying on the DG site. I have BARM and have read it a million times over. I would have gotten the new books but money is REALLY tight right now. I am looking to start wholesaling properties soon but need to get a list of buyers together first.
