lighting & plumbing fixtures; paint inside & out; vinyl tile & carpeting...The cost of materials was about $ 5000.
Just signed a contract to sell it to a retail buyer with cash for $ 50,000; $ 20,000 profit on a 30K
investment, that's about a 66% return on investment!!!
The Closing is set for in a week, on to the next!

...this is the third house in the past 6 or 7 months that a family member has purchased a home for another family member with cash!

That is terrific! I have to let you in on a little secret... we are getting a FREE house! It is a perfect little house the owner's want their contractor to tear it down and build them a big brand new house. The contractor is a friend of ours and knows we have some land to put it on. We just have to get it moved. It's not very far away. Hopefully we can make this happen... I chirp in my husbands ear every time you guys post another deal. He is actually starting to think a little different now!

Great job. We were at Disney World last week and we liked it out there. We may have to join you guys out there. I have an old high school friend and his family live in St. Cloud area. It was nice to be in Florida.
