My name is Marty and I reside in the Northeast United States. I am a Attorney at law, having just retired. I had to take a early retirement due to stress issues.
I have been a real estate and securities attorney for what seems like eternity, it really has been a long time atleast for me. It feels good not to have to get up and go to the office everyday.
My specialty has been real estate law however I have also specialized in securities law as well. I have been on the side of the table as an advisor to those doing big deals and I have been on the investor side of the table as well. There is nothing anyone can tell me about private money that I don't knwo about.
I came to know who Dean Graziosi is through the purchase of his book, Profit From Real Estate Right Now. I have been a investor myself since my early college days. I have purchased residential property in the single family property class for many years and for the past five years, I have been buying luxury estate homes from those who could no longer afford them.
I enjoy real estate and it has really become a passion over time. There is nothing better than making money from following a passion. You really haved to be passionate about it in order to enjoy it.
I will chime in on postings where the subject matter is something I know about. I will not and repeat will not provide legal advice to anyone here, so please do not write and ask. If you do, I will just delete the message.
I am not hear to provide law advice to anyone. I will however provide instruction on something if I choose to.
I have been a guest here a number of times and I will tell you that there are quite a few people rendering investment advice who do not know what they are talking about and these surround the topics of funding deals, private money, and assigning deals. There are many who do actually know what they are talking about and do provide great and very timely advice.
I am not here to take the place of Success Academy coaches or Dean. If you are part of the Academy, you need to ask them for advice before taking the advice of anyone here.
