I am looking for some Private Money Assistence to help aquire property quickly. Then quickly refinance pull money and move on to the next one. The use of the money would only be for a very brief period of time 1-3 weeks at most unless something unforseeable happens. I am a very trustworthy person and have very high integrity. I have been doing the same thing. I went through all the banks in my area only to find one that could do what I want. If you have descent credit and financials you may consider asking for a construction loan, then refi. when the rehabs are done.
a transactional funding loan? There are several threads on here about transactional funding.
There are also several threads on 'private money' as well as 'hard money'.
