Buy Hold and Rent

I would like to know exactly the fastest way to acquire as much real estate as possible. Thanks Dean!

Wonderful I could really use it.

I would love to do all three! I was really hoping to get into realestate with the help of you and your success academy. Have had some issues with the academy. Maybe you will see this and get a hold of me. Dean I would sure like to talk to you about this! Things you really need to know! Thank you!

I pad question and answer

Dean

I would say WholeSaling for now. To start, and then move on to the fix and flips.

Thanks,

G

thanks for the offer

I will invest for cash-flow,not capital gains. basically I want to rent out.

Me personally I'm more

Me personally I'm more interested in buying something real cheap then turning it into something amazing then renting it off up until the market reaches its peak then sell it off to another to create a positive cash flow but the book is awesome so far I'm still learning though but i hope some day i could be as successful as you are with real estate.

Thanks for everything Dean

Buying for rental

I am, mostly, interested in buying as rentals to sell later. The housing market is expected to recover slower than most of the country.

Well Dean: Being

Well Dean:

Being a disabled vet with a daughter getting ready for college in just a few years I am interested in using all of the techniques you mentioned so that I may have available cash now and at the same time grow for my and my daughters future. I'm sorry that i could not attend your seminar in Muncie Indiana but I'm without a vehicle right now. I have been watching everything you put on the internet and am looking forward to using each and every tip and piece of advice that you can share. Have a nice day.

Show me the money

Dean I like them both ,

Buy Cheap and Flip

I'd like to buy, remodel and flip.

IPad

I think wholesaling would be best at this time.

R.E.

I like to buy fix & flip.

Win I Pad

Cash is very low,so wholesale would be better for me.

Wholesale

LTrautman's picture

I want to wholesale at this time to put some money in my bank account so that I can do the other things you mentioned Dean. I am so close but yet so far away. Want to do this so bad and I can't wait for my first deal. I am working and studying like crazy to make this happen. I will I know!!!!

i-Pad Question for Wholesale, Fix n Flip, or Rental

At this given point we, as a company, would like to start with the fix n flip. This would give us the revenue to be able to be able to lead to the other two eventually. We have taken many great tips from your information and have been able to just get the logistics down. Now we want to start the actual buying and begin the income from the fix n flip so that we may expand to the greater levels. We are not even looking to become multimillionaries at any given time, just to enjoy ourselves, meet new people, and even one day help people where we have struggled for so long.

Wholesaling

I think that wholesaling would be the best option for me. Right now I have very little cash to work with

Hey Dean...

jkelly1's picture

I am currently into wholesaling. Let's put some people together and make some quick cash!

Number three

Buy super low, rehab and rent for cash flow.

Wholesale

Hi Dean, I am very interested in wholesale cause I truly need cash flow now, quick, like yesterday... since I have not been working in quite a while. Wow,you rock the way that you are always going above and beyond in helping your students.

Dean's I-pad

Great blog as always. Our primary interest is wholesaling - matching buyers and sellers - with a goal to buy and hold after we've raised some capital.

I am interested in wholesaling

I am interested wholesale at this point.

I am interested in wholesale for quick cash to allow me to buy

quick cash

I am interested in wholesale to allow me to make enough to buy & hold.

Audrey

I'm Jazzed!

I want to jump in with both feet and do it all. I would like to start with wholesale, with the other two strategies to follow.

HOLD FOR GOLD

At this point in time buying low and holding makes the most sense to me. I'm always looking for ways to supplement my retirement.

I like cash flow!

brianp_sf's picture

Hi Dean, I have a strong interest in learning how to do this. I just received your book, Your town Your Real Estate Profits, and started reading. Wholesaling is something I would like to learn... and make money with.. but I would really like to get folks into homes that I could rent to and then eventually sell. Mark me down for cash flow.

Ipad drawing

All 3. I had a bad experience with a seller and had to get a lawyer. I've not tried again as that really spooked me. Some inspiration would be wonderful...and a shot of self-confidence!
