I would prefer to buy low,rehab and rent for positive cash flow. Then sell if the market is right to make a substantial amount, if not then continue to rent the property. All three options sound great!!!

I think I am more interested in buying cheep, rehabing a home, and then rent the home for positive cash flow. I think that will work great for me. I have been wanted to do this for a long time. We will see what happens!

I would like to buy properties at low price and rent for cash flow, this is one of my dreams, that way when it's time for me leave, I'm 47 yrs old going on 48 in November, and I've been working hard in keeping a job and supporting my wife and 2 boys though we are apart from each other I live in San Diego and they live in Alhambra CA, due yp losing job in 2007, lost everything and not able to support enough so wife and I separated and I do see them twice a month and always let them know how much I love them and hope one day I can change my life and theirs in doing real estate but its hard here in San Diego, tried a couple of times to lock properties both when money is not there to lock them up I have always been denied but I refuse to give up I know one day it will happen I just have to be patient. I just want to leave my family with something to remember me by and that's taking over the properties i get for cash flow and will be able to support them as long as I have lived so I buying low an renting for cash flow is what interest me the most.

Assigning is awesome because you get cash in the beginning, middle and the end.But I would love to wholesale now,because it would produce fast cash flow that would enable me to be able to buy properties that are far below FMV.DEAN,thank you for always having the DG familys best interest at heart.

I've not had the courage to try anything as of yet, but I'm interested in any and all of it. If I have to choose just one right now, I'd have to say Wholesaling, simply because of financial issues.

I WOULD RATHER GO WITH BUYING WITH LITTLE OR NO MONEY AND FIX UP THEN SELL FOR PROFITS. I KNOW THAT I CAN DO IT WHICH IF I CAN DO THIS I WILL DONATE OR GIVE SOME PROPERTIES TO ONES WHO DO NOT HAVE

Hello Dean! I have been listening to your audio training CDs in the car each morning on my way to work. I am anxious to get started investing in real estate, but immediate cash flow is the highest priority. I would therefore prefer information on how to match up those in a sellers list with interested buyers. In the longer run I think learning how to rehap properties would be the more profitable option. Dean, thank you for the weekly blogs. They are uplifting and encouraging and most of all informative. In the past we have bought cheap and rehabbed and rented out homes. I recently sold two houses on an owner finance deal. I would love to learn all your strategies but if I had to choose one, I would say I am currently interested in the wholesale market.
