My name is Tony Hill and I have a question, Have you ever thought about doing a pay it forward for your edge event by asking your succesful students to sponsor someone to attend the edge event and pay their way and give them guidance after the event until they make their first deal ? Then after that person has full knowledge of how to make money in real estate they will need to pay it forward by promising to sponsor someone to the next edge event and so on, because alot of people that don't have much money to invest but have the comitment and would like to attend the edge event could get a jumpstart and the confidence they need to be succesful in real estate.
Maybe you have done something like this before ?
