I live in a very hot area that will be going through the roof very soon due to Disney and other major hotels, restaurants, and condo being built as we speak. We have a new haubor that was just built during the recession. I know once disney is done with their project the whole metro area will go up in prices. I live in Maryland and would love to do business with you throughout this metro area. This area was one of the last to get hit in the recession but will soon begin to come back. I'm an investor in the Bangor Maine area and have done a couple flip's with good profit and also own several investment properties. Have an offer in for a very good deal but conventional financing might be a challenge based on debt/equity ratios at the present time. realistically speaking ARV is around 200K and offer in for 125K and could use cosmetic of around 20K to get the 200K....willing to manage the project if I cannot finance it for the 25% of the profit...let me know.
