I am new to the system and I currently have 2 properties that are already for sell far below FMV that I am about ready to make an offer on. I know the website has a couple of example contracts but I was hoping that I could find someone to share with me the actual contract they use. My biggest concern is getting the verbage in the contract correct about certain contingencies that need to be included. example: the contingincy that nullifies the contract if i do not find a buyer by a certain date. Also, any suggestions that anyone can offer about "must do's" they learned through trial in error. Thanks in advance for your consideration and help. Anxiously waiting.
