Single family homes in zip 89074 (Green Valley Area only). Minimun 3 bedroon,2 bath. I hold these properties for rental so am looking at started or first trade up homes as these are easy to rent. In that zip code the price for this type of property is up to $300,000 but most of this type are being sold at considerable less.

Should have no problem in qualifying for loan but own several properties and have been running up against the "four property limitation" with traditional lenders.
