Hi, my name is Victor Castleton. This is my first appearing to this blog; in reality I should be a bit more humble and say I am a newbie and this is my first visit. I have a question, in case someone wants to help me on this regard. In the "lease with option to purchase" deal what happens to the 'seller'?(he's 3 months behind the mortgage payments, where the new tenant buyer pays for the delinquent amount, plus a little extra [profit] and the option to buy would be set at a future fair market value price in a year or two) Then again, what happens to Mr. & Mrs 'seller'? do they share the house, do they move out? Anyone?
